“Generally, I do not like the separation that women can, men cannot. Everyone can. The point is whether we give them the tools as a society or not. And also education and opportunities. Of course they can do it, (but) simply we have not taught women to want, to dream and to have ambitions. We consider that ambition for a woman is something negative. So, many women feel that they are not sure whether they can or not. And I think this is important and that’s what Women on Top is trying to do: Provide a safety net, give support to women who want a lot (to do something), but are not sure if they can (do it), so that they feel they can and they try it. Because they all can.”
